Buying Services

  • Initial consultation to fully understand your requirements and determine search criteria and budget.
  • Provide extensive research and advice regarding relevant pricing factors, growth projections, comparable market analysis, rental vacancy and yield (if relevant) and choice of location.
  • Search, inspect, and shortlist in up to 3 chosen suburbs (different terms may apply to commercial searches).
  • Manage/intermediate all interactions with selling agents and convenient scheduling to view short listed homes/units.
  • Co-ordinate selection and scheduling of strata searches (where applicable), building and pest inspections, valuations, financing and conveyancing/solicitor.
  • Represent and advise you in private treaty negotiations to purchase selected property.
  • Advise you on auction bidding strategy and bid on your behalf at auction, if required.
  • Manage settlement process.

  • We do not take commission from vendors, developers or selling agents unless we are able to fully refund any such fee to you. In circumstances where vendors, developers or selling agents pay us finding fees, you can get a better price than if you buy directly as a private person because the fee is passed on to you, reducing your all-in purchase price.
  • We will always negotiate the best possible deal for you and have no incentive to make you pay a higher price (unlike selling agents who are legally bound to serve only the sellers).
  • We maintain total confidentiality and practice absolute discretion.
  • We will keep you fully informed throughout the search and communicate as often as you want us to.
