We are strong negotiators and use our knowledge and relationships to your advantage. We work very hard to accurately appraise each property of interest, and to negotiate effectively for our clients. We do our utmost to acquire the property at the best possible price. As our business is largely based on referrals, it is far more important for us to have a truly satisfied client in the long run than to achieve a quick turnover by encouraging a buyer to pay up. You can read in many of our testimonials that we usually buy a property at a far lower price than what was authorised by our clients prior to negotiations. This is because we treat your money as if it was our own.
No Outsourcing
When you engage the services of OH Property Group, you will work directly with a senior licensed real estate agent from start to finish.
We never outsource the 'leg work' to freelance or contract employees (who are usually not licensed real estate agents) to carry out the research, property inspections or shortlisting.

Indeed, many selling agents comment that they are surprised to see our senior agents personally inspecting every single property instead of outsourcing or assigning it to junior staff. This is because they want to learn more about you first and gauge how much they can charge you based on where you are from, the areas you are interested in purchasing and after you disclose your budget.
